About the role
You are the hands in the field. You will drive to lease sites, mount and wire our sensor stack, bring cellular and Starlink links online, and confirm clean telemetry in the platform before you leave. You will work directly with pumpers and operations managers at small and mid-size operators.
What you'll do
- ▸Install pressure, tank level, vibration, and generator monitors at wellheads and tank batteries
- ▸Commission cellular modems and Starlink gateways, verify signal and failover
- ▸Validate telemetry end-to-end in the Heartland platform before leaving site
- ▸Troubleshoot field hardware and perform scheduled preventative maintenance
- ▸Document every install with photos, serials, and site notes
What we're looking for
- ▸2+ years in oilfield services, instrumentation, electrical, or automation
- ▸Comfortable with 12/24V DC wiring, sensors, and basic RF concepts
- ▸Valid driver license and clean MVR; able to travel to remote lease sites
- ▸H2S / SafeLand certification (or willingness to obtain)
- ▸Straightforward communicator who can talk to a pumper and an engineer
